The bill (Reg. No. 10730) is aimed at simplification and cheapening of the procedure of business start-up in Ukraine by introducing the principle of voluntarism in using seals by the subjects of private law.

In particular, it is proposed to supplement the Economic Code with article 581 on use of seal by economic agents in their economic activity.

By results of discussion, the Committee resolved to submit the bill for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada and recommend that it should be adopted as a basis.
